The Golden Hour is over. You are the only help coming.
This is a high-intensity, SCENARIO-BASED evolution designed for those who understand that medical emergencies don't always happen within reach of an ambulance. Over two days in the field, you will be pushed to manage casualties in austere environments while maintaining tactical security. You will live out of your ruck, move as a unit, and bridge the gap between initial point-of-injury care and long-term stabilization.
THE CURRICULUM
This course integrates advanced medical protocols with small unit tactics to simulate a real-world "worst-case" scenario:
- Prolonged Field Care Protocols: Managing a patient for hours or days when evacuation is delayed.
- Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC): Real-world litter movements and extraction planning across rugged terrain.
- Field Surgical Concepts: Understanding the tools and techniques required for life-saving interventions in the dirt.
- SUT & Patrolling: Maintaining a security posture while moving or treating a casualty.
- Communications: Coordinating MEDEVAC and unit movement under stress.
- Camouflage & Concealment: Hiding your signature and your casualty's position from observation.
