First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

I had great advise from Refuge Medical to outfit our Mountain Bikes with a 1st aid kit. The Boo Boo Kit was suggested. I ordered a tornequet for each and extra bleed stop. They fit great on the handle bars of the bikes. I also put 4oz emergency water pouches in each kit for quick and sterile cleansing of any wounds (bikes usually end up giving you road rash). I wish I'd had this 2 weeks ago for my minor bike crash, luckily I was only 50 feet from the house.

Love the product i would love to make a suggestion for maybe a 3.0 version i understand the boo-boo 2.0 is a basic first aid kit .but i use it in my EDC bag i added a tourniquet ,Trauma shears and Narcan for overdose.space is key for me i would recommend a grab strap on the bag like you do on some other bags and maybe on the side a tourniquet holder and trauma shear holder on the other side.i have used my old first aid kit bag from a different company that finally broke after 3 years of hard use. I finally bought the boo-boo first aid bag (since i have all the medical supplies already) i now only buy for my medical preparedness from refuge medical keep up the great work all.Let me know if the suggestion could be possible so i can buy a couple more for family members as well upgrade my EDC medical kit.

Awesome customer service. This is perfect for the mom mobile. I also got one for my teenager’s car. Used it when dropping my son off at school and saw a kid trip and cut his forehead. Well packed kit. Lots of first aid jn a convenient package. The purple was in stock so I ordered, seeing it in person the color is vibrant. It's going to be added to my sons quad. The purple should be a easily found color if it ever feel off. Love my Refuge kits.

Best family first aid kit available. I have one, my son has one, and I had to get the Girly kit for my with. These kits have come in handy on many occasions. I’ve added Children’s Benadryl to all three for allergy reasons. These are the best kids to have at the park, the beach, or for when Little Susie falls off her bike. When my daughter is old enough to carry one, there will be another Boo- Boo Kit in our inventory.

If you want a convenient well made boo boo kit made of good material and good pouches I'd recommend this one. Plus when you run out of the items contained inside I can refill it from my wound care bucket. It has loop straps on the side in case you want to wear it like a fanny pack.
