Return and Refund Policy
To maintain the integrity of our life-saving gear, we have updated our return window and requirements.

Return Window: All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition. Due to the nature of medical supplies, we cannot accept returns on any kits or components that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

Restocking Fee: All authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This covers the cost of technical inspection and administrative processing.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Cancellations
We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order is placed, it enters our fulfillment system.

Cancellations (Pre-Shipping): If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the non-refundable credit card processing fees we incur the moment you hit "purchase", and pulling it from production.

Cancellations (Post-Shipping): If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. It must be treated as a return and will be subject to the standard 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
CLAIMS
If you purchased gear from Refuge Medical & Training and it was lost in transit, stolen, delivered to the wrong address, etc, and you purchased shipping protection from Route. You may file a claim with Route, and once approved, they will reorder your orders for you. Once Route resubmits your order, after approving your claim, it is no longer eligible for a return or cancellation, no exceptions.
Lead Times
Depending on order volume, we may be experiencing longer than normal lead times. This will always be stated on the top banner of our website.
Refuge Medical Training Refund/Cancellation Policies
•Training courses are non refundable. If you are unable to attend class on a specific date you may exchange that seat for another class/date. You are only allowed one exchange. If you are unable to attend the new class/date, you will forfeit your purchase.
