First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

Picked up another BearFAK in M81 Woodland (aka God's Plaid). Best kits on the planet for being prepared for any trauma incident. And as always, best customer service anywhere!

Just received my MAG bag. It is going to be perfect for what I wanted it for. Carry a silk kit and a backup tourniquet, backup edc and extra mag. As with everything from Refuge top quality.

My favorite IFAK design. This is the 2nd SOB I have gotten. First was in multicam during my time in the 82nd Airborne. I chose it for compact design and all around quality. I still keep I on my chest rig for ranges. This 2nd SOB in green for my new life as a college student. It lives on my armor upgraded backpack.

I'm a surgical Technician of 30 years and this is one of the best put together, and most extensive first aid bag you could purchase. I have acquired all but 2 out of approximately 20 of my kits from Refuge, and even those pale in comparison. The staff, customer service, and mission of Refuge Medical is beyond compare. If it's not completely obvious I love these people and the gear they supply, and I can't praise them enough. Thank you Refuge for all you do.

Just received my sob. It's awesome and I'm glad to have it. I decided to put it on my dogs vest as he's usually the only one with me on hunting trips. Definitely going to purchase a more kits in the near future

I purchased just pouch almost a yr ago and have worn it everyday. It has held up from work, ridding horses, to everyday life. I have been lucky that I have not had to use any items from kit. I carry a lot of items in my pockets so this is nice to be able to carry medical supplies. I have recommended it to people and would to anyone.

I took this class in Florida when Evan offered it the first time. It's an amazing class it will literally take you from knowing zero about radio all the way to learning what you need to know and how to program and what to buy. I know radio's not sexy when it comes to bullets and targets but it is a life-saving device and you need to take this class.

This was an incredibly valuable class! Evan Dixon did a great job of balancing informative with engaging and entertaining. He also did an excellent job of explaining the technical "hows" and "whys" without getting too far into the weeds. Worth every dollar and every minute.
