As someone who works in protective operations (dignitary and executive protection), risk management, tactical law enforcement, and emergency medical response, I have spent a considerable amount of time evaluating equipment that must perform reliably when conditions are less than ideal. The Refuge Medical OPFAK has quickly become my primary belt-mounted trauma kit and serves as the first line of medical equipment I carry on every operation.
What immediately stood out to me was the thoughtful layout and organization of the kit. Under stress, simplicity matters, and the OPFAK allows rapid access to critical interventions without unnecessary clutter. I have also found the design works exceptionally well during low-light operations and while operating under NODs, where equipment placement and consistency become even more important.
The kit strikes an excellent balance between capability and size. It carries the essentials needed to address life-threatening trauma while maintaining a compact profile that does not interfere with movement, vehicle operations, or other mission-critical equipment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
