Designed, curated and tested alongside Special Operations personnel the OPFAK was created for not just everyday operational professionals, but the everyday user as well. Giving the end user the capability to stow an additional tourniquet, while still keeping the same minimal footprint.

The OPFAK offers up a new modular capability to a compact, fully comprehensive IFAK. With deployability from either side of the kit, its quick access allows for the ease of use while still remaining secure in its outer shell. Minimizing time for access and maximizing the ability to save lives!

First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

My favorite IFAK design. This is the 2nd SOB I have gotten. First was in multicam during my time in the 82nd Airborne. I chose it for compact design and all around quality. Got my OPFAK today and it lives up to the description. Well worth the money! This makes my fourth Refuge kit, previously purchased the wound care bucket, BearFAK 3.0 and the boogie kit. Nice addition to the toolbox.

I've ordered numerous kits from Refuge, and a couple from foreign countries. Refuge's equipment can literally save limbs, and lives. The foreign IFAK's are low quality, but super cheap. Refuge is my go-to. Period.

If a doc was going to put together their own kit, it would be this one. Trust me, I'm a doc! This kit has everything you need in it for any mild to severe trauma you'd encounter. Well thought out, well laid out and easily accessible. Filled with HIGH quality items, not shi* from China. When you need it, you need it to WORK, be failsafe and this kit is! Great Customer Service and, BTW, their "Desktop" vaccuum sealed kit belongs in every car/vehicle/home - makes it easy to be prepared.

Love it. This purchase replaced the S.O.B that was only my gun belt and I couldn’t be more happy with the upgrade. Being able to use either hand to quickly deploy the kit is awesome. Absolutely in love with this kit and can't wait to show it off. I think the slide out feature is great and very well thought out. When the box arrived, my 6YO son asked who it was for. My husband said it was for me and he replied "ugh, probably more tourniquets, mom always gets tourniquets"
