First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

I'm a surgical Technician of 30 years and this is one of the best put together, and most extensive first aid bag you could purchase. A great ensemble, saved me like 6 purchases on Amazong. Reasonably priced for what Yiu get. Conveniently packaged to preposition. I bought several and also added them to my buckets on the same order. Say the hospitals shut down and you have a large laceration that needs stitched up.....what do you do? This kit is a must have at home along with your preps. Cutting open and digging out an impacted foreign material, to the simple sliced my leg on an old fence post in the woods. Incredibly capable kit for the price!

Because I'm on a fixed income, I've been saving up for a while to be able to place this order. I watched several vids reviewing the wound bucket and it's contents as well as training vids on Bear Independent in the use of tourniquets so I could see the quality of the supplies. Knowing the personal benefits those products will supply, the amount of lifesaving materials tightly packed into the container and the ministries this purchase will support, it was totally worthwhile for me to do this. I'm sure you can imagine how happy I was to get the bucket along with the 2 surgical kits then get a SofTourniquet as a bonus! The order was super easy to put in, which isn't always my experience online. Order was delivered much faster than expected and questions I had were answered quickly and competently.
