I JUST got this bag, so this is my first impressions and after initial setup. First of all, this bag was recommended to me and I couldn't be more happy with it so far. I went with the coyote brown color and it's just as you'd hope.
The zippers are buttery smooth, the zip pulls with the shrink wrap is a nice touch. I love the metal D-rings as well, solid. The inside is thoughtful and spacious, not too many pockets and NO unneeded zippered pockets. It's all accessible in a moments notice. The two smaller inside pockets have a little reinforcement which is nice too, adding a little bit of structure.
If I were to critique, it would be two things. The specified material is not mentioned, but I suspect it's your typical tactical nylon of sorts. I received an IFAK in my order, and that material seems quite a bit more robust (my guess is 500 D Cordura) the IFAK feels more substantial. This utility bag in coyote (can't speak for the other colors) feels a bit lighter and "thinner" no as rough & tough. That is purely a "feel" thing though. I'd suspect it's still tough and more than meets expectations.
The second thing would be also minor, but the handle. The sewing to pinch the strap where you grab feels incomplete a little. There are sort of "flaps" and I could see that pulling out a bit in the future after use.
Those critiques are minor, but if I could improve, I'd love a rougher 500DC nylon in coyote, and maybe a little bit reinforced handle. I might add a little leather strap…
