I purchased a Travel FAK for T&E in our flight operations. The Refuge customer service was fantastic in helping determine if the Velcro panel would work on our aircraft headrests. After determining that they would NOT work Refuge offered to modify their design to make it work for us. I received the kit and it worked perfectly for our needs. After successfully testing over the past few months I’m planing to purchase more for the rest of our fleet of Cessna 206s as funding comes available. The Refuge customer service experience and product is top notch! Highly recommend.

My father injured his leg entering my truck, a serious cut that needed 19 stitches. I was able to grab the kit and apply the Slishman Pressure Bandage and control the bleeding. He bled profusely, at 96 years old on blood thinners, I was glad there were wound care nurses there within a minute, ambulance to hospital, and 19 stitches later, on the mend.
I love the products(there are no better available), the staff at Refuge are first rate, training is top notch, and a all around great experience.

The Travel FAK is a great successor to the ARK. We were blessed with another vehicle, so naturally we needed another kit, and Refuge Medical is the only company we trust. The quality of the kit and components are top tier. We added an extra CAT and a couple chem lights and it’s good to go.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
