The SOB Kit (small of the back) is a top of the line purpose-built trauma first aid kit designed and built in America.

Using a quick-deploy inner pouch system, it contains premium medical components from Safeguard Medical, North American Rescue, and TacMed.

Slimmer and lighter than any other MOLLE- compatible kit we offer, the SOB is at home on a war belt, plate carrier, chest rig, headrest, or glove compartment. This kit has been developed and improved with input from shooting sports professionals, US Army Special Forces, and US Navy Special Operations personnel. The SOB Kit is the newest design from Refuge Medical and like all of our American-made kits, it is guaranteed forever.

First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

This is my 3rd SOB. I love them. Best bang for the buck in my opinion & fits anywhere. Never leave home without one. From a battle belt, plate carrier, chest rig or just in the glove box, it's a great kit.

Excellent kit. Part of EDC on my wife’s purse. I wear one on my belt. 1 part of the stitching tore loose. Due to the multiple MOLLE straps, it was still useable. When contacted about returning it for repair. I was asked for my address and a new one was shipped to me right away.

Perfect round-out for the ol' battle belt. Absolutely the best IFAKs on the market. Although more compact and slightly less thorough than the BearFAK, it definitely makes it easier to be in a size that fits well in exactly what it says... small of the back.

My wife has carried the sob kit everyday since it arrived. She found the time she sat in the truck with it she had to move it to her hip. The sob for her means side of body. I already had an SOB on my battlebelt, so I know that it’s very high quality from a fantastic company. High quality components inside and a thoughtfully made design that can be accessed with either hand in case of an emergency. I was Glad to get another one for my EDC bag. My only complaint is I wish I could get an outer bag in M81 woodland to match my bag, but hey, Multicam still works in a pinch.

Love these kits. I carry the SOB kit in my work truck . It fits nicely on the Mack passenger armrest. I can flip the armrest down, and be outside the truck, kit in hand, in under 5 seconds. The quality is second to none, and they are made in America. Get on it, and get one!
