QuikClot Bleeding Control Roll Dressing from North American Rescue is the premier gauze available to stop bleeding of superficial wounds, minor cuts, and abrasions. Utilizing the same fast-acting technology adopted by the US military for years to save lives (QuikClot Combat Gauze®), the Bleeding Control Dressing works fast by accelerating the body’s natural clotting process using a proprietary, inert, inorganic material impregnated into a easy-to-use gauze that will not break down or fall apart under pressure. The Bleeding Control Dressing helps blood clot up to five times faster than blood on its own, and it can control bleeding within minutes of application.
The Bleeding Control Roll Dressing comes packaged in a rugged, easy-tear pouch that is durable and user-friendly and easy to identify. The product is lightweight and small, but contains 3 in. x 4 feet of hemostatic-impregnated gauze in a rolled configuration for rapid bleeding control.

"I spent months trying to find REAL first aid stuff. Lives are potentially on the line when I pop that first aid box open. There is NO place for cheap / counterfeit Chinese garbage that does not work in my supplies. These clotting pads are replacements for old ones that aged out without my needing to use them. But more importantly, I have NO concerns about the quality of these pads because when you know the character of the man, you the quality of his business. In Refuge Medical, I FINALLY found the supplier I can trust to beef up my first aid supplies as time goes on. And beef them up I will. Thank you Bear nation. Shalom"
