We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It’s way too nice for that. I love that there is space to add a few things that I want to carry in it. I will say the zipper teeth like to stand up when open so you have to close it slowly. Doesn’t change my overall review because it’s still a very functional bag. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this. Thank you"

"I bought this as a gift for my girlfreinds' excavation company originally. This American made "Pelican style" case is very high quality. The latches are sturdy and innovative, yet easy to open in a pinch. The contents in this OSHA compliant first aid kit put the ones we have at the paper mill I work at to shame. All of the contents are very well organized , easily accessable , and high quality. The tourneqet is one you could actually save a life with as opposed to the garbage they usually put into most first aid kits. The bottom line is: lives and limbs could have been saved in the past here in my workplace if we carried these kits. I plan on bringing mine to the safety comittee to see if they might want to order a few for testing! Keep up the Great work Refuge Medical."

"First time, I was the one having my kit used on me. While moving a feed trough in the horse pasture over a mile from my home, a horse unexpectedly backed into me. I experienced an unexpected fall. broke distal radius into 4 parts. Maneuvered out of the pasture and into our farm side-by-side. had to drive to an area with cell service. (was getting nauseated. Called a neighbor to get our Advanced OCK out of my rig at the house and bring it out to the injury location. I was able to instruct him on the application of the splint, and triangular bandage as a splint. We carry an IFAK, and BooBoo kit on our side-by side...I guess I'll need to add a splint to it now. Being a prior Ranger Medic and Army Doc I have used the triangular bandage on multiple occasions. I would like to encourage you to upgrade the light weight gauze triangular bandage provided in this kit. It was nearly unusable. We traded it out when we got back to our home. (Side note the Orth Surgeon that plated my radial bone is an X spec ops medic...he got a kick out of our mil style splinting) Bless you guys"
