First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

My favorite IFAK design. This is the 2nd SOB I have gotten. First was in multicam during my time in the 82nd Airborne. I chose it for compact design and all around quality. Hi Received the three desk kits. I purchased these for our church which just started a school in the fall of 2024. Maybe purchasing more in the future. Hoping to get staff trained concerning first aid. We have an AED but also need other medical packs for when church services are held as well as Bible studies. These three packs will give us a start.
