First of all, Refuge Medical is the GOAT. Secondly, that extends to the gear they make. The BearFAK 3.0 is, by FAR, the most intuitive IFAK I've ever laid hands on. It's just slightly bigger than the military issued standard IFAK, but it fits the components better, leaving more space for extra necessities. I've thrown in a few extra CELOX gauze packs for good measure. Thank you, Refuge Medical, for another outstanding product!

Better to purchase both birthing and post partum buckets together. We will be having our first child and I thought these would be a great backup if the conventional birthing hospital process no longer became an option prior to delivery. If nothing else we've got some extra things to use after a hospital delivery for use at home. Great idea on the kit team!

We got this for our 4th unassisted birth and ended up only using the birth certificate, cord clamps and a receiving blanket - but we were super impressed with all the contents and will definitely be recommending to others. We only wished it came with a scale to weigh baby, so perhaps this is something you can add on in the future!
