Great kit! Refuge Medical is very responsive to any issues that arise.
I initially misjudged them after having dealt with many sub-par companies.
Refuge is definitely NOT in that category. Solid folks.

It is impossible to get every item in sourced the USA. We do try and source USA made goods and products whenever possible. Our bags are 100% USA made and use Barry compliant materials. We hand pack all of our kits here in Oklahoma. We do have a restocking fee, this fee helps cover the return shipping fee and labor with the kit. We do waive this fee sometimes depending on the circumstances. Again we were not aware you were unhappy with your purchase. I have already used it several times to treat cuts, scrapes, and burns. This kit has just about everything you might might need to treat minor to severe injuries. I strongly recommend the Adventure Kit for both household and outdoor use.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
